This class is taught by:
Our 60 minute class includes 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room. The postures are the same as our 90 minute class but moving at a faster pace. Some postures will only have one set. Be prepared to sweat!
Sorry, if it’s your first class then this class is not suitable for you and you must attend our 90 minute class so you become familiar with the sequence.
