Cintra instructs the following:

  • The Intermediate Class is all the poses we do in the Beginners Series, with a few extra poses.

    If you are regular Bikram practitioner you will Love this class or even if you are just starting Bikram you will enjoy this there is nothing hard, just different.

    The main benefits is that we work our hips a little more and we do an inversion (shoulder-stand) which aides in the entire function of the body.

    We are adding this class to our studio as the Intermediate Class uses the strong physical and mental focus learned in the beginning series to lead us to more postures.
