TBC instructs the following:
  • PEAK: Warm Yoga Flow Class 75 mins
  • Teachers will lead you through this Warm Vinyasa Flow Class. This class is more dynamic and the room is warm

  • PEAK: HOT Yoga (90 min class)
  • Bikram Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga conducted in a heated room. The 90 minute class is designed to work all the muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints in the entire body throughout the 26 postures. Beginners are welcome. Be prepared to sweat!

  • Yin Yoga

  • Open Day Free Hot Class
  • This is a regular Bikram Yoga Class, but it is free to all new students. Please come in plenty of time to register and get settled for class. These sessions are always very busy, so please sign up and book into class online. This can only be done from now, if you do not already attend our studio. Come on in and have the sweat of your life. Feel the heat, look younger, feel fitter

  • Open Day Free Yin
  • <div>Yin classes are about deep passive stretches which target the connective tissue and ligaments of the hips, pelvis and lower back. Great for people with injuries. The postures are mainly seated or lying down and are held for 3-5 minutes. A Yin practice improves flexibility and mobility in the joints. It facilitates the release of tension and blockages. It also reduces stress and encourages mindfulness.</div>

  • PEAK: HOT Yoga 60 SHORT (Sorry, no entry for 1st timers)
