Eugene instructs the following:
  • HOT Yoga 90 Min

  • PEAK: HOT Yoga (90 min class)
  • Bikram Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga conducted in a heated room. The 90 minute class is designed to work all the muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints in the entire body throughout the 26 postures. Beginners are welcome. Be prepared to sweat!

  • HOT (60 mins) Sorry, no entry for 1st timers!
  • Our 60 minute class includes 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room. The postures are the same as our 90 minute class but moving at a faster pace. Some postures will only have one set. Be prepared to sweat!
    Sorry, if it’s your first class then this class is not suitable for you and you must attend our 90 minute class so you become familiar with the sequence.

  • Wheel Therapy Class
  • Wheel therapy class- They say "healthy spine, healthy life" for good reasons: the spine supports our entire body structure and allows for a good flow of the force of gravity and vital energy. The wheel therapy class is designed to increase the flexibility of the spine and openness of the shoulders, chest and hips which are all major energy centres in the body. This is done through a series of yoga inspired movements with the aid of the wheel. This class will not only improve your yoga practice and flexibility but most importantly will allow for great "openness and release", making you feel both invigorated and lighter afterwards.
