Marija instructs the following:
  • Yin yoga
  • Yin classes are about deep passive stretches which target the connective tissue and ligaments of the hips, pelvis and lower back. Great for people with injuries. The postures are mainly seated or lying down and are held for 3-5 minutes. A Yin practice improves flexibility and mobility in the joints. It facilitates the release of tension and blockages. It also reduces stress and encourages mindfulness.

  • HOT (60 mins) Sorry, no entry for 1st timers!
  • Our 60 minute class includes 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room. The postures are the same as our 90 minute class but moving at a faster pace. Some postures will only have one set. Be prepared to sweat!
    Sorry, if it’s your first class then this class is not suitable for you and you must attend our 90 minute class so you become familiar with the sequence.

  • PEAK: HOT Yoga (90 min class)
  • Bikram Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga conducted in a heated room. The 90 minute class is designed to work all the muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints in the entire body throughout the 26 postures. Beginners are welcome. Be prepared to sweat!
