I previously worked in investment banking and was constantly on the look out for activities and ways to help me relax, unwind and de stress. The moment I walked into the hot room in 2007, I knew I had found what I was looking for. I love the mental, physical and emotional challenges each class throws at you, combined with the amazing sense of peace and calm afterwards. Not forgetting to mention that Paul Dobson was my first ever teacher so how could I resist!
I decided to ditch the corporate world and complete my Bikram Yoga TT in LA in 2013.

Now I have 2 small children, I value and love my practise even more. It always reminds me to be kind to myself, enjoy life and remember what truly matters. I hope I make my students feel that way too x ️


Jennie instructs the following:
  • HOT YOGA 60
  • The 26 Bikram postures, 2 sets of almost everything. Nothing missed out the same version of the classic 26 & 2 90 minute class, just with less rest between postures. This class is quite fast flowing and yet a beautiful way to do your hot yoga in less time.

  • HELLS BELLS KETTLE BELLS
  • This is a 45 minute class using Kettle Bells for al all over body fitness experience. This class using kettle bells for resistance allows you to tone and shape your body while having fun and moving to great music.
