The class is good fun and you’ll laugh a lot, but it’s also incredibly effective. With regular attendance you’ll start to notice a difference after just a few weeks.
Inferno LAB is a workout for legs, Abdominals & bums in a room heated to 38°C. It’s the perfect balance of mind, body, strength, determination and flexibility... and great music.
Inferno LAB is zero-impact, a whole lot of isolation exercises, that burn. There's no running or jumping around, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. You will sweat a lot so don’t forget to bring plenty of water.

Yes. It’s safe and effective regardless of your age or current level of fitness.
Inferno LAB strengthens not only the core – the energy centre where all movement starts - although technically isolating muscle movement weights are involved. It is more about the movement, joint mobility, explosive power, connective tissue strength, mental focus and breathing, than simply lifting weights. Weighted movements build deep neuromuscular foundations for athletic strength and power.

Why so hot?
Heat intensifies the benefits. Your muscles quickly loosen up and as you sweat, you burn more calories and your body detoxes.
You come out feeling strong, healthy, flexible and rejuvenated. And sweaty. Did we mention that?
A bit more about Inferno Hells Bells...
Inferno Hells Bells uses ballistic kettlebell exercises such as the swing to utilise all muscles of the body while first accelerating and the decelerating a load and delivering intense anaerobic conditioning, combined with high intensity interval training (HITT). Kettle bell training results in increased circulation in the joints increasing joint health.
A series of exercises lasting up to 30 seconds are followed by a 5-10 second rest. This is repeated, exhausting the muscles and creating a build-up of lactic acid known as `the burn’.
It allows the muscles to be broken down and built up close to the bone, creating longer and leaner, stronger, muscles.
Right now, reading this, you’re probably thinking that looks like a heavy load and why would I do that. Well from the age of 40 we begin to loose muscle tone, as much as 50%, If you are younger and you have not done any kind of weighted work out before then now is the time ti start before it all goes south.
Hells Bells requires calm, regular, full breaths that use maximum lung capacity so therefore your breathing becomes more efficient. Breathing in for flexibility and breathing out for strength at the most challenging part of the exercise.
Encouraged by your teacher, you’ll quickly learn how to master your breathe. The result is less stress, more relaxation and greater alertness.
