After years of dabbling in and out of different styles of yoga, I was introduced to my first hot yoga class in 2010. It was love at first sweat, I left the room feeling lighter and brighter and desperate to get back in! Hot yoga has helped me become calmer, resilient and more focused.

I believe the benefits are endless physically and mentally, some changes are subtle but some are profound. Classes vary from one to another but the act of moving meditation is always the same which makes me love and want to share the practice with those willing to try.

In 2019 I took the plunge and joined Sadhana’s first Hot Yoga Teacher training! What a journey of discovery that was!! I love teaching and watching how students grow from class to class, watching their journey. Their strength and perseverance is so inspiring and heart warming. In 2022, I add to my teaching by qualifying in Yin and in 2023, Yoga Nidra.



Jen instructs the following:
  • HOT YOGA 60
  • The 26 Bikram postures, 2 sets of almost everything. Nothing missed out the same version of the classic 26 & 2 90 minute class, just with less rest between postures. This class is quite fast flowing and yet a beautiful way to do your hot yoga in less time.

  • HOT YOGA 90
  • Bikram Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga conducted in a heated room. The 90 minute class is designed to work all the muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints in the entire body throughout the 26 postures. Beginners are welcome. Be prepared to sweat!
