I was born and bred on the Caribbean Island of Saint Lucia, and harness the vibrant rhythm and energy of the tropics for my Hot Inferno classes.

I worked as a professional dancer for over 10 years, and now bring that knowledge of the body and alignment into the yoga studio. From a fiery HIIT Pilates class to a relaxing wheel therapy class, my ethos is about creating a safe space where you can be your full authentic self every time you step onto your yoga mat.
