Hi, I’m Ayoola, and I’m thrilled to be part of the Hot Yoga South community! With over 20 years of experience as a fitness instructor, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Twelve years ago, I discovered hot yoga, and it completely transformed my approach to fitness and life.
As a raw vegan, I believe in nurturing the body with clean, wholesome foods, and yoga has become a cornerstone of my commitment to vitality and overall well being. Through hot yoga, I’ve found a dynamic way to connect with myself on a deeper level, building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
