My passion for yoga and meditation is what brought me to Hot Yoga South. I’ve always felt drawn to the peaceful stillness of the mind experienced during practice which allows me to connect deeply to my spiritual self.
As assistant manager at the studio my creative side and my love for community come together, along with the joy of working with like minded people. In my spare time you’ll find me snuggling on the sofa reading a book or making delicious Italian food in the kitchen.

INFERNO HOT PILATES

Warm Vinyasa Flow, through your postures with your breath. We will lead you through this Warm Vinyasa Flow Class. This class is more dynamic and the room is hot. Come and work your body for 1hour and enjoy using your breath as you flow through the postures.
