During my career in investment banking and recruitment, I was always training in the gym or running half marathons to keep me mentally and physically strong to cope with the stress of the City. After I had my family, I wanted to maintain that strength and endurance without the stress. I trained with British Military Fitness for years and qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2012. I was introduced to Kettlebells and was instantly hooked. The sessions are short, sharp and effective. Using a kettlebell works far more muscle groups than almost any other exercise, so you get a true all over workout - it improves posture as your whole body has to work to stabilise and move the kettlebell. I won’t even mention the calorie burn….. a total win win. My focus and my attention will always be on your safety and your form. I will never compromise your form for weight. The body is designed to move and lift - let’s get it moving.

  • HELLS BELLS KETTLE BELLS
  • This is a 45 minute class using Kettle Bells for al all over body fitness experience. This class using kettle bells for resistance allows you to tone and shape your body while having fun and moving to great music.

  • INFERNO HOT PILATES
  • Hot Inferno Pilates is a training system that combines Pilates principles with HIIT (high intensity interval training). An intense full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. This simple system works - creating quick visible results. You will get long lean muscle mass, burn fat, increase fitness levels, create a strong core, improve circulation and increase flexibility. You will practice on a yoga mat so there is zero impact, protecting your joints and muscles. Hot Pilates combines cardio and muscle toning in a hot room. The HIIT keeps your heart rate up, helping to burn fat. The pilates principles sculpt your body.   • INFERNO LAB (LEGS AND BUM)
  • Our all New Legs & Bums know as LAB class. In this class we use the glute bench. In LAB class we perform exercises which isolates the Glutes and Leg muscles which leads to the Burn, which is breaking down muscles and building them close to the bone, this ensures you create a strong body.

    Our glutes are so important for spine health. When we have an injury the glutes turn off and never turn on again. In LAB we activate the glutes and ensure our core is well supported, this is part of the inferno family.

    This class uses a glute bench and Kettle Bells to work your Legs and Bum,


  • HELL BELLS HYROX
  • HELLS BELLS Kettle bells is as you would expect a Kettle Bells Class. The Hyrox element is all about mastering your strength and endurance adding some power moves and etra equipment to build core strength and power you up.
     
    This circuit class incorporates  different exercises High Intensity Interval work which is cardio/resistance and strength training. You will train different muscle groups and have fun at the same time. Of Course we will have great music

  • What you come to expect from Inferno Pilates, but with a disco feel, definitely a disco burn as you work on your booty to flashing lights.
