This unique zero impact class is crafted to get you physically and mentally stronger. Building upon your Yoga practice, this session incorporates mat Pilates and traditional bodyweight exercises to tone your muscles and enhance one’s cardiovascular capacity. Expect to sweat and shake in an upbeat environment in this full body workout that will leave you empowered and yearning for that well deserved Savasana at the end. Warm Vinyasa Flow, through your postures with your breath. We will lead you through this Warm Vinyasa Flow Class. This class is more dynamic and the room is hot. Come and work your body for 1hour and enjoy using your breath as you flow through the postures.
