I’ve always been a mover and a shaker – from a young age, I could usually be found twirling around anything that resembled a stage! That love for movement carried me through years as a competitive gymnast and dancer, and it’s a passion that has stuck with me ever since. While working full-time in international aid and development consulting, I decided to follow that lifelong love of movement and completed my group fitness qualification in 2022. Since then, I’ve been teaching a range of classes including sculpt, fitness rebounder, and full body barbell classes. Always looking for a new challenge, I eventually stepped into a hot Pilates and sculpt class and was instantly hooked. The combination of heat, focus, and full-body strength was like nothing I’d experienced before.

As an instructor, my goal is to create an upbeat, empowering space where everyone feels confident enough to challenge themselves. I’m big on form, technique, and positive reinforcement – but I also believe a little shimmy never hurts. See you in class for a sweat, a smile, and maybe a cheeky dance break!



Olivia instructs the following:
  • INFERNO LAB (LEGS AND BUM)
  • Our all New Legs & Bums know as LAB class. In this class we use the glute bench. In LAB class we perform exercises which isolates the Glutes and Leg muscles which leads to the Burn, which is breaking down muscles and building them close to the bone, this ensures you create a strong body.

    Our glutes are so important for spine health. When we have an injury the glutes turn off and never turn on again. In LAB we activate the glutes and ensure our core is well supported, this is part of the inferno family.

    This class uses a glute bench and Kettle Bells to work your Legs and Bum,


  • HELLS BELLS KETTLE BELLS
  • This is a 45 minute class using Kettle Bells for al all over body fitness experience. This class using kettle bells for resistance allows you to tone and shape your body while having fun and moving to great music.
